Leonie is offering three classes a week online via Zoom. Expect a creative flow drawing on vinyasa and hatha practices rooted in the yoga philosophy. We will use physical asana, breath and meditation to cultivate body awareness, strength, flexibility and community. You will be encouraged to find space and stability in your practice and make it your own; listening and engaging with your body to develop a practice which is safe and empowering - physically, mentally and emotionally.

Sundays 11am-12.30pm
Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
Available on MoveGB, multi-class passes or drop-in (anything from free - £6 via PayPal depending on your financial situation).
