We are strength trainers. Our goal is to help people come out stronger on the other side. We'd like to challenge everyone to aim for progress, aim for getting stronger until our normal routines can resume.
We offer shared personal training sessions online - where we can adapt everything to your goals as well as making the most of what you have available with you. It is a hybrid solution where you can have all your training sessions personalized to you but you get to train in a lovely community sharing the session with a couple of other like-minded people.
The first session is completely free - and bookable through - it is done through Zoom video-conference: all you need is yourself, and if you have your favourite training kit with you, have it handy!
