We are a small Bristol based company and we manufacture our own product, called the Real Meal, which is a nutritionally balanced meal you can eat anywhere.

You only need to add hot water and each meal has over 30g protein, so they are really convenient and we use the highest quality ingredients. A lot of the UK’s top athletes buy our meals, but they are also perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle who wants to eat well, on the move.

The meals are shelf stable and have a 12 month shelf life, we have 8 savoury flavours and 8 breakfast flavours. We also sell protein powders, dried fruits, protein coffee and are about to list more great tasting snacks.
