Namaste & Welcome to Shanthi Yogalaya. Our sessions are suitable for everyone who wants a slow, refreshing and relaxing time. It is suitable for all abilities. The session will cover aspects of Pranayama, Asanas, Relaxation and Yogic philosophies which will help in self-growth. Shanthi Yogalaya believes each body is different and each one has different needs.
The class will focus on connecting the body and mind through the breath. It is a great place to start for beginners and for those who have done yoga before, it is going to deepen the practice. I teach the basic postures and breathing techniques. As students get confident, I work along with them to deepen their practice.
This class will really help you to LISTEN TO YOURSELF.

Tuesday - Hatha Yoga - 7.30 PM to 830 PM
Wednesday - Hatha Yoga - 7 30 PM - 8 30PM
Thursday - Rest and Relaxation Yoga Nidra session - 7:15 PM - 8 PM
