We are running a limited schedule of ONLINE Live Stream classes via Zoom. The classes are open to everyone and are available to join from anywhere.
As things are changing so rapidly, we are now offering weekly memberships to give you total control and flexibility, no contracts – leave anytime or continue the rolling subscription and enjoy unlimited online sessions for £8.99 per week. Please visit “Memberships” for further information on how to join. NHS workers receive a 10% discount on memberships, email us a copy of your NHS staff card so we can apply the discount. Alternatively, Pay as You Go between £5-£6 per session, visit “Classes” to sign up.
