Psychopomp is a small, independent Microdistillery on St Michaels Hill. We use small, handmade 30L copper pot stills to produce craft gin in small batches and limited quantities. We create classic and seasonal recipes and bespoke recipes with other Bristol independents.
Circumstance Distillery is our newest site, producing ‘New World’ Grain & Cane spirits.
