Created by Devaki, Curvy Girl Yoga (CGY) offers a safe, supportive environment for all who identify as a woman & are size 16 or more to practice yoga. CGY is, however, more than just a yoga class. It's a welcoming & friendly community of women who come together to share, to support each other & to celebrate our bodies. CGY offers a safe space to practice yoga without feeling out of place, self conscious or judged. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yoga practitioner, you are welcome to join us!
